The last two times it rained hard my car was full of rain on the passenger side front and back, about 2 or
3 gallons estimated. The first time the battery was dead and the radio speakers were crackling. I was unable to turn off the radio so I took out the fuse for the radio and recharged the battery. The car is running okay but I haven't replaced the fuse yet. Any idea where the waters coming from? Its under the
carpet.

The common areas area around the windshield, use eithe Butyl or flowable RTV. The other spot, open the hood, look where the air intake area is for the A?C, see any water down on the screen, you may need to remove a cabin filter, if it's wet that a good indication, youll need to remove that plastic piece and use some RTV under it. If there is a sponge type gasket that's soaked, scrape it off.

I had this problem with my convertible and the water was actually coming from the rear and running up through the lower door jam on the passenger side. Never did find the source of the leak and could not ever find the so called "drain plugs" that are supposed to be on the underside of my car. Drill two small holes near the back where all of the water was collecting and my car must have dumped about 5 gallons of water out of them! I have not had any other problems with water getting into the car!
