There's no such thing as the "ignition fuel starter".

Your "Ignition" system consists of a control module, coil/coil pack, plug wires and spark plugs. These work together to produce a spark that ignites the gasoline inside of the engine.

Your "fuel" is the gasoline you pump into your tank, and is delivered to your engine through a fuel pump, fuel lines, then fuel injectors. These are controlled by the computer.

Your "Starter" is an electric motor that's bolted underneath the engine. Every time you turn your ignition key, the battery sends current to the starter, which then turns your engine until it can turn itself. Once your engine starts turning, the "starter" is disengaged and doesn't do any more work until you're ready to start the engine again.
