Engine Cooling problem

I just had my radiator replaced last week and now its starting to over heat again. It was fine for the first 2 days and now that past few days it would be find until I would accerlate at a light and then go back down. This morning it over heated and I let it cool down but once I started to go then it just jump up and over heated within .5 miles. I had a water pump fixed 2 months ago too. What could be wrong with it now?
