Engine problem
2002 Chrysler PT Cruiser 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 56k miles

When driving my PT the car jerks as if the motor seized, The speeddometer drops, but the tach jumps to over 35k from 21k. The car will jerk a few times then return to normal. It doesn't matter what speed. I took it in to a dealer they changed the belts and replaced the motor mounts and said the timming belt was fine. No codes show on diagnostic readout.
The problem is intermittent, but the jerking is gettin worse.
