After flushing the radiator ..ie: preventive maintance 4 days later my 01 PTCruiser over heated. replaced thermostat 2x's thinking the first new one may be defected, temp sensor, radiator cap...fan is running & no leaks. Takes about 20-30 min for it to overheat driving in 95 degree heat w AC on. What else could be the problem?

You had no problem prior the flush ! if so expect low on coolant or air bubble in the system fill system and bleed :MAKE SURE ENGINE COOLING SYSTEM IS COOL BEFORE REMOVING PRESSURE CAP OR ANY HOSE. THE COOLING SYSTEM IS PRESSURIZED WHEN HOT. SEVERE PERSONAL INJURY MAY RESULT FROM ESCAPING HOT COOLANT. CAUTION:DO NOT use well water, or suspect water supply in cooling system. A 50/50 mixture of the recommended ethylene glycol and distilled water is recommended
