2001 Chrysler PT Cruiser Wont Start randomly

Hi there!
Randomly when you go to turn the key nothing happens. At this point only jump starting it will work.

Steps taken
Replaced the battery 5 months ago. Load tested the battery ok
Checked the voltage when car is running over
14 volts (means alternator is charging)
Replaced the starter

Could run for a few days then randomly not start.

Please help. Starting to go insane.

Inspect and test the starter relay and the ignition switch.

Thank you for responding. I forgot to tell you before I did swap the relays around the starter & the horn relay since they both had the same number stamped on them. I will take the instrument bezel off now to check the starter switch. How do I do this, am I checking voltage when the switch is in the on position. (12v)?
