2000 Other Chrysler Models

I went to dealer as well as mr. Transmission, they couldn't give me a quote for checking the relay pack good or not. Just ask me minimum of $ 1000-2000. I was told it is impossible to pinpooint where.
I opened oil pan, normal wear only. I drove a while problem (p0750) gone. Once a while, especially after a highway drive, when speed a little bit harder, the car jerk and the engine light on(p0750). Can we say the valve not shifting properly and exclude other reasons?

check and or replace relay pack on tranny
check wiring
if all ok bad TCM
