1998 Other Chrysler Models Two Wheel Drive Automatic

WHAT COULD BE THE CAUSE OF MY CAR STAULING , AND NOT WANTING TO PICK UP SPEED AFTER COMING TO A COMPLETE STOP ? ALSO IT SEEMS IF THE CAR DOESN'T WANT TO START BUT FINALLY DOES ?
