Engine runs rough at all speeds

I have a 1994 Chrysler New Yorker with a 3.5 v6.
The engine started running rough off and on and now runs bad constantly.

I need to know what to check. The engine has 132000 miles on it. I replaced the plugs and plug wires at about 80000 miles.

What do I need to check? I was going to start with plug wires/plugs. Could I have a fuel problem or a bad coil pack?
