The heater isn't blowing hot air. I changed the thermostat with no change. Plenty of coolant. It just blows lukewarm air until the thermostat opens and then the air gets cooler. I suspect there is a vacuum problem. Isn't the control system controlled by vacuum? If so where is it and how can I check it. Thank you.
