1995 Chrysler New yorker, Car doesn't want to start

My car is gradually getting harder to start. It has progressed to at least 4 attemps before starting. Could it be the fuel pump or relay?

I Have a 91 New Yorker. Also having the same problem, but now it wont start. Checked everything you could think of...Relays...fuses...the whole wiring harness....still nothing. Good spark...I even pulled the plug and tested the wires going to the pump nothing on the light indicater...DEAD. Still havent found the problem....going on 3 weeks now...lol
Any suggestions????

Well I can get power, for example lights, window, and ect. Ichecked the fuses so today im going to check to flywheel
