i just bought this car, the fans dont seem to work, they said they they had repalced the relay once and it worked, we had a freeze and since then they dont work? what is the best and easiest way to test the relay? or should i look somewhere else?

In the power distribution box (Under the hood) you will find the relays. find one that has the same part number in the relay block and swith them to see if that works.
