2001 Chrysler LHS fan only works with the key turned half w

2001 Chrysler LHS 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 198632 miles
When the car is started the fan shuts off , the temp control digital reader goes dim and then I here a click and the ABS and TRAC light turns on!

Suspect burned contacts inside the ignition switch.
