1999 Chrysler LHS car won't start

1999 Chrysler LHS 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

we have put in a new alternator, and battery, and starter, and the car still will not start. We will have it hooked up to cables and it will charge up. Then when you do turn it off and try to start it again, it will not start. What do I do?

Do battery drain test below-you have a short somewhere that's draining the battery overnite
