This is a very involved and technical job. I really don't advise attempting this as making one mistake will cause your engine to bend every valve in it. If you are determined to try it, then I suggest you buy a service manual for that vehicle and see if you can follow the instructions for timing it.

Did T-Belt brake ie. engine running? if yes job just got bigger engine is an interference engine which means valves contact pistons and bend.
