1994 Chrysler LHS stalls in drive

I have a 1994 chrysler lhs and in the mornings when i start it up for the first time of the day i have to reave the engine up for it to go into drive. Then the rpm's run up around 3500-4500 until i shut the car off then after that it runs great.. can you help me please... thank you for your time -Chadler-

Might want to clean out the throtttle body/plate, the idle air contol motor/passages and throttle position sensor.
