1994 Chrysler Le Baron will not start

Drove perefect. Went to leave. No fuel. It cranks fine. I tried starting fluid when I got home. Wanted to run, but not. Fuel inj, I have a book, but I can't understand what it is saying about draining the fuel injector pressure?I can overhaul old motors, but I can't do this newer stuff.

If you can hear the fuel pump come on when you turn key on-check the fuel pressure if its within specs.
