When engine is cold, meaning hasn't been run for a while, doesn't really matter what outside temp is, the idle is very low and unless I hold the gas down, dies immediately. I have to hold the gas for around 5 minutes or so. After that, it seems to run fine. I have had most of the fuel lines replaced, gas tank checked and cleaned out, most vacuum lines replaced, fuel injector replaced, coolant temp sensor replaced, spark plugs, wires, distributor cap and rotor replaced. Mechanic in shop says map sensor and idle air control valve are showing fine. It seems to me that the idle air control valve would be the problem, but he says no. Any suggestions on what else to do?
