I took my mini van to a quick lube to have the transmission flushed which is recommended by my extended warranty provider. Before the service everything was working fine after the service I tool it on a road trip 300 miles and it started acting up on the down shifting between 30 and 25 mph it downshifts pretty hard almost like a jerk and I took it back to the place I had it serviced and they said they did not do anything wrong it was a little overfilled.25 qt and I asked did they put the right ATF and they said they use a multi use something like a universal ATF is that possble?

Hello,

As far as I know there is no multi use ATF. Most vehicle use ATF/MERCON 2/3, ATF +3, ATF +4 OR ATF 5.

Chrysler has a specific fluid that needs to be use and it is the ATF+4. So if they used anything else it can cause the problem you are having.
