1998 Chrysler Grand Voyager 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic
Hi.When I turn right in my car it makes a funny scrubbing noise.
It seems louder when in the wet

Check the front right tire. Behind it is a plastic cover designed to keep water, dirt... from getting on the belt. They come loose and the tire can hit them when turning.
