ive got one indecator right working but the left is not ive changed the bulbs what esle could it be

If it comes on but will not blink
put 4 way flasher on and compare the two sides front and back
compare left side to right side
all bulbs should be working if not and the bulbs had been replaced suspect bad socket ,short in the wiring harness ,multifunction switch and or BCM ,
start with the socket
