99 CHRYSLER CONCORDE 3.2 V6 84,000 MILES AUTOMATIC NOT SHIFTING OUT OF FIRST GEAR IT GOES INTO REVERSE. CHECK ENGINE LIGHT ON. SCANNED FOUND CODE P0700, SWITCHED OVER TO SCAN TCM SHOWS NO DATA.DROPPED PAN FLUID LOOKED GOOD NO METAL IN PAN. WHERE SHOULD I GO FROM HERE?

My P-Codes database only goes up to 1999.

However, the 700 series are all related to the transmission. Here's the generic definition of the P0700 code:
