2001 Chrysler Concorde loud thunking noises

On the left hand side front wheel its making a thunking noise while slowing down or maintaining a constent speed but does not make it while going accelerating or braking

It goes away when you grab the rotor with the brakes means something is loose or out of round or the rotor runout could be off, even the wheel or caliper may be loose. Noises are checked for looseness or worn p[arts immediately, just as a safety precaution. Ok.
