2001 Chrysler Concorde

I just brought a used concorde 2001 and it needed an intake manifold because it would overheat. I got that put on. It started up fine before the new piece was put on but it stalled afterward. We tried to jump the battery and it lasted only a while. We brought a new battery and the lights and radio works but when I try to start it it makes a clicking noise and the dashboard lights flicker. It will not start at all!

No crank at all/nothing/nada when key is engage to starting position

Could be the starter, starter relay, clutch switch/park and neutral switch/transmission position switch and ignition switch assuming the battery and connections are good. Note:If it doesn't apply disregard.
