I have a 1999 Chrysler Concorde. I have never had a problem until recently. When I try to start the car the engine doesn't turn over, it just clicks. (It sounds like a lighter) I have to try 60-80 times of turning the key just to get it to start. There are some days when it will start just fine. I am just sick of never knowing if it will start.

I'd check the circuirts at the starter relay, when the problem occurs. B terminal is hot all the time, A terminal goes hot with the key in the crank position. Because ground for coil side of relay is controlled by the pcm, your security system might be an issue? Any testing at the relay, make sure the tranny is in park or neutral and the e-brake is set. When the problem occurs, did you try cranking in neutral?
