1998 Chrysler Concorde, 2.7 liter, 134, 000 miles approx.
While driving the car batter light came on, I turned off all unnecessary things in the car. As I drove it, the light became dim and it eventually it died. As I sat for a while debating my next move, I started the car again. It ran for a very short while (maybe 2 minutes) before doing the same thing again. On my third try, it completely stopped. Now when I turn the key, it clicks. Right before all this happened, I heard a crackling noise coming from the battery side of the car. Could the problem be: alternator, battery, or starter?

You need to take out the battery first-could not be taking a charge, the alternator not putting out-do this 2 first, check all connections make sure its cleaned and tight then will go to the starter.
