Vehicle will need both spark and fuel in order to get the vehicle running.

At this point it coudl be either one.

You can choose to dump some gas or spray some starting fluid down the trhottle body and try to start it or you could do it the proper way and check for spark with a tester and for fuel pressure at the rail.

THANK YOU FOR YOUR REPLY, HOWEVER, BOTH THE SPARK AND FUEL HAS BEEN CHECKED. THERE IS FUEL PRESSURE, BUT NO SPARK. TRIED TO CHECK FOR CODES, BUT WOULD NOT READ. NO POWER. WE THINK IT MAY BE THE PCM. WHAT DO YOU THINK?

Thats no good if your not getting power, check all fuses first, if those are all good your going to have to take it in for a pin to pin test.

No power where?
