Electrical problem
1995 Chrysler Concorde 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

Where is the ground wire for the control panel? My control panel quit working after having my transmission repaired. It comes on and off once in a while. I had the wiring looked at and was told it was no good but 2 days later it came on and worked for 4 days I believe the ground wire to it is loose. I dont know where to look.

Which control panel? The instrument cluster and heater / ac controller can develop loose connector pins which can be soldered to solve intermittent connections. Their ground wires are bolted inside the vehicle and should not be affected by replacing the transmission.

The traveler computer can also develop intermittent connections but it's a different type of plug. Sometimes just unplugging it and plugging it back in will scratch clean spots on the contacts for a temporary fix.

Intermittent steering wheel controls for the cruise control and possibly the radio are likely caused by a defective "clock spring" under the steering wheel. It will eventually fail completely causing no horn, no cruise control, and the Airbag light will be on.
