My Chrysler Cirrus Wont Start.

I got in my car this week and it wouldnt start. It Turns over but doesn't fire up. I checked the spark pluggs there's only one thats bad so this should not keep it from firing up. I can hear the fuel pmp come on when I turn the key in the on position. I'm really lost to what this might be is there anyway it could be the ignition switch? The car is maintaining power fine. I can use all the lights and radio and everything. The only symptom I'm getting is that the car just wont fire up.
