1999 Chrysler Cirrus Fan won't blow

My heater/air conditioner fan will only blow out on the high setting.

Hello,

Sounds like your Blower Motor Resistor is going bad....

It is located under passenger dash on right side of hvac housing there are 2 screws holding it in and the connection looks like this...
