1997 Chrysler Cirrus 6 cyl Automatic 130000 miles

I bought this car that the owner could not turn the alarm off on. We fiddled with the key in the door and the lights and horn went off. However the car will not run. It will crank, but not run. We have tested the ASD and the fuel pump relay along with the pcm box. all are getting power and fine on tester. However the Electric fuel pump connector in the trunk does not have power. Would the alarm going off have triggered something here? How can I find out where the lost connection is? the wiring cannot be seen from under the car. Thanks for any help

You need to reset the alarm off. When the alarm/horn went off, it sent a disable signal to your fuel pump circuit. That is why you have power at the relay, but not at the fuel pump connector.

Unfortunately, different alarm manufacturers have different ways to reset their respective units, you have to research the brand, and find out how to reset it.

Most alarm system connections are done under the steering column.
