trying to find the petcock on raditior to change anitfreeze

If you can't locate it(pain to feel and drain it), Follow the lower hose. Put the big pan under it and loosen it and pry it down, then release the radiator cap. This way is so much easier and you will get most of the coolant out. Now is the time to replace the thermostat, any controls or sensors, the water pump, timing belt, and add a can of cooling system additive. OK
60,000 miles. If it's a 3.3L or 3.8L the fuel filter and trans are now beyond their service life. I want you to have a safe winter. OK
