step by step and warnings or cautions of how to remove a water pump, cause I heard I have to mess with the timing.

THis is a very involved process on the 2.5L. For me to try and explaine it via the internet allows too much room for error. I strongly recommend getting a good repair manual with step by step instructions and pictures to help identify parts.
