I've changed the battery on my '96 Cirrus, and now it won't do anyhting. I suspect it might be some kind of anti-theft thing. I'm wondering if I have to re-set something. Any help would be appreciated.

To reset anti-theft. Close all doors, use your key to lock the driver-side door. Wait until the alarm turn on (about 45 seconds), then unlock the driver side door.

But you said, the vehicle won't do anything. What do you mean? You can't turn your lights, the interior light won't turn on when you open the door, the dash doesn't turn on when you turn the key on, the car won't even crank when you try to start, the engine cranks, but will not start. Please elaborate.
