Car won't start

I have a 1992 Chrysler New Yorker Fifth Avenue with a 3.3 liter V6 with a 110,000 miles. I went to got to work and it would not start. I did not even get a click or any sound but all my Accessories work even my Stereo so I tried to Jump start it and I got the same thing not a sound not even a click. Could it be a fuse?

Please help.

Check the fusable links between the starter and ignition. And Battery cable connection to starter.
