I have been experiencing problem off and on with the sercuity alarm since I dont have the key fob anymore. The other day it went dead as normal the battery died from the alarm going off. I went through the steps of disagaging it with the passenger side door lock but still will not start. I was sick of dealing with it so I went through the steps of removing the whole secuirty alarm by unplugging the alarm module above the glove while in idle. When I jump the car it works perfectly and then I turn it off the car is dead wont turn over no lights nothing. I just replaced the altenator and battery. I know I removed the alarm right what is possibly wrong with it.

I'd make sure the battery has a full charge and the battery cables/wires are all clean and tight on both ends.

As far as the starter, I'd get at the starter relay and do some testing. You can unplug the relay, use a testlite on the terminals, with the key in the crank position, two terminals should be hot. You need to make sure the tranny is in park or neutral and the ebrake is set.
