Battery went dead on my 300m, after recharging, the engine turns over but will not crank. I have checked the fuel rail, it has great pressure. In addition, all relays are working, fuses too! Is there any resets needed? Or senors that could have went bad?

"Crank" and "turn over" are the same thing. Does it or doesn't it? If the engine doesn't spin, do you hear one single kind of loud clunk from the starter? Do the headlights or dome lights stay bright or go dim when trying to crank the engine?

The engine spins, it just does not start. All lights stay bright.

Dandy. That leaves out starter problems. The nice bright lights leaves out battery problems.

First, the anti-theft system could be activated. That happens on my Dynasty when I disconnect the battery because it sits all winter. Unlock the driver's door with the key. That will disarm the anti-theft system. If it doesn't work, unlock the passenger door and try again. If that works, suspect a broken wire between the driver's door hinges or the switch in the door is disconnected or broken.
