1999 Chrysler 300 No heat blowing out.

Heater problem
1999 Chrysler 300 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive 13900 miles

I've had this car since 2003, I never had a problem with the heating system, when turning on the heat it is blowing out cool air. Is this a fuse problem.
