1999 Chrysler 300 Blinking dashboard lights

On my Chrysler 300M when I put the key in to start all of the cluster lights on the dashboard keep blinking on and off and sometime while driving the intertior lights will start blinking off and on

Hi
Maybe the Body Control Module located on left end of dash on junction box. Assumimg the dash lights are not turned on and doors are shut tightly.
