I have the vehicle listed above with Procomp MT2 tires and Corsa exhaust. I recently took apart my dash to find a source for passenger side rattling. It’s not tweeters, clips, metal-to-metal, broken plastic, loose bolts, nor is it from wiring harnesses. I physically wrapped every male-side clip with cloth tape in an attempt to dampen the rattle; but it’s still happening. Dealership denies hearing it. It rattles when idling and between 20-35 mph.

I’m convinced the rattle is behind the glove box (deeper into dash) because if the rattle was under the hood, I wouldn’t be able to hear it so clearly due to the hum of my tires and exhaust. What do I do now? I don’t want to dismantle the dash again if there is another possible cause to the rattle.

Can you please shoot a quick video with your phone so I can hear the noise? That way I can tell for sure what's going on. You can upload it here with your response. We need to hear the noise, so we know which direction to go to help you fix the car. It takes time to upload so please be patient. It sounds like it might be a blend door actuator or the blend door itself might be broken loose inside the HVAC plenum.

Ken,
I tested the cold and hot air independently, then together and off. The sound persisted. Sorry the video is so late.

No problem. Thanks for the video. Okay, it is not the blend door actuators so that is good, it sounds like a support bracket for the dash is loose, while driving try pushing on the dash around where you hear the noise to see if you can get it to change? Also make sure nothing is in the glovebox. Please check the image below to see what I am talking about.
