I have a 1999 Chevy Venture 90,000 miles 3.4L engine the drivers and passengers side power windows have been moving slow for a couple of months. Just this past week the passengers side has been really slow up and down. Now the passengers side window went down but would not go back up. I checked both switches with a test lights and they both work. I replaced the window motor and it still doesn't work. Do you know what could be wrong with it? Thanks.

The window regulators are faulty, cable operated and they bind, if you pull the door panel again you may see a broken or bound cable on both

My window was slow (well still is slow) to go up or down. I have to move it with hand in order to continue. The arm that holds the glass is probably worn out. Then it got completely stuck open - the switch on door went.
This is apparently very common item to break. It costed me 80$ on ebay or 160$ at the dealer.
They are easy to change.

I hope your window works soon
