Upon running into a business and returning to the van it would not turn over at all. It took forever to get it to jump the first time so we figured it was the battery. Took the battery to part store and had it checked, they say it is okay, try to take altenator off only to discover there is not enough clearance to get it off, so jumped the van and drove to diagnostic tool, which says altenator is good as well, what next? It jumps easily now but hear the click click click from the starter when it is turning over while jumping it off. Wondering if I need new starter or should I try new battery first?
