1999 Chevy Venture oil filter

Why does oil keep blowing out of my oil filter, I have replaced it 3 times.

Need to check the oil pressure to ensure it's not too high, if it is high than the oil pump is probably faulty or wrong oil type is being used. Also ensure the old seal is completely off where the filter screws on.
