MY chevy start to show the engine ligth on, when I drive more than a hour, and I dont know wahts is the code P1870, this problem ocrred yesterday but today the light is off, can you help me to know what I need to do to fix it

The p1870 code is caused from an internal transmission component slipping. The trans will need overhauled.
