My chevy venture van started overheating last week and the thermostat is jumping all around, it goes all the way into the red after I have just driven 1 block, When I drove it last night for 15 minutes I opened up the radiator cap which wasn't even warm and felt the water inside which was cold. Also my fans are not working, and its not a fuse
