Coolant disappearing

I have a 1994 C1500 2WD 350 Engine Auto Trans.
125,000 miles. The engine never overheats, temp gauge stays around 190 to 200. Coolant is disappearing, but there is none on the ground, none standing on the intake. Should I have a pressure test done?

You can be sure it's going somewhere. A pressure test is a good idea. If it loses pressure but no leaks are found, the plugs need to get pulled. While they are out, the engine can get spun over and any coolant leaking into the cylinders will get spit out. What does the oil look like?

The truck uses oil, no smoke or leaks though. It uses about 2 quarts in between changes. I live and work in a small town, I only average putting 2 or 3 miles on the truck each day. The oil looks fine.

I would suspect a gasket is allowing oil to be burned at one breach and another breach letting coolant in.
