98 Chevy Tahoe shakes on small uphills.

98 chevy tahoe. Mileage:140,000.. I dont know much on cars but I do know that my SUV is having some problems. When I drive on streets like on first and second gear it runs good or atleast it feels like it does. But when I go up a little hill on 3rd gear my tahoe starts to shake, like it loses power or something. I just did a tune up on it. Changed spark plugs, plug wires, air filter, oil. What can the problem be. ? Even at time when I enter the on ramp of a freeway like on 2nd or 3rd gear the truck would start to shake. What can it be?

98 could be injector problem or fuel press reg

U mention that the problem can be an injector problem or fuel press reg. In english that will be what. ? Where do I start to fix this problem? What will have to be changed or checked?
