1994 Chevy S10 Pickup truck..V6, Vortec, 4.3. 115,000 miles.

Okay, the previous suggestion was to change out the catalytic converter. This was done, and yes it did seem to help the problem. Now it seems we have another problem.
The truck was running rough, so we changed plugs, wires, cap & rotor and coil. Now the truck seems to be running better until the temperature goes up to normal.
Then it starts running rough and also is very sluggish.

Any suggestions?
Thanks!

Try inspecting the fuel pressure regulator.I have a 1993 s-10 blazer that is running rough and has black carbon and smoke coming out of the exhaust and it will run fine until it warms up,then it feels like the exhaust is plugged up when you start to go from a stop.Changed most of the ignition and fuel parts to find out it is the pressure regulator.Maybe it has a hole in the diaphragm.
