I have a 99 chev truck that will not start unless you try three or four times. I let the pump run until it stops and then try it. It also seems to start harder the warmer the weather. If it idles rough when it starts i can shut it off and it restarts and idles well. Once it is running it seem to run well. codes are po171, po174
