1998 chevy s10 2.2 liter, standard transmission, 248,000 miles the truck has run fine up till this time. I have replaced spark plugs, spark plug wires, o2 sensor, and the catalytic converter, now I get codes p0404 and p0405, which I believe are egr related. I am stumped, any help would be great thanks

Your codes are correct.
You need to stop spending money on things you do not need.
REPLACE YOUR EGR VALVE AND THE SMALL VACUUM LINE. Make sure you also install a new gasket. Torque the nuts or bolts to exact specs for your engine.
Unplug your battery for 2 to 3 minutes to clear all codes stored in the computor and restart.
Let us know what happens, good luck.
